RULES & REGULATIONS FOR ALL EXHIBITORS
Move In and Set-up
- Exhibitor spaces will be available for set-up from 6:00 am til 9:00 am on July 18th and July 19th, 2009 some special arrangements may be made for set-up on Friday during daytime hours (10:00 am - 6:00 pm).
- Move-in hours will be strictly enforced for security purposes
- Each exhibitor will be issued (1) on ground parking pass in the exhibitor parking area and (2) individual exhibitor passes. Additional passes may be purchased for $15 each. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
- Indoor exhibitors requiring electricity must indicate such ahead of time. Exhibitors requiring electrical service will be charged a fee.
- All outdoor exhibitors must provide for own electrical power (i.e. generators) The event management team will not be responsible for any outdoor electrical service unless previously arranged.
Exhibit Hours
- Indoor exhibit hours are from 10:00am until 4:00pm
- Outdoor exhibit hours are from 10:00am until 4:00pm
- Subletting of space by exhibitor is not allowed. Booth space must be used solely by the company/person and for the products and services stipulated by the rental agreement.
- Exhibitor display and merchandise must remain within the confines of the contracted space. Exhibited materials must not overflow into the aisles. Distribution of literature and sales aids must be taken place within assigned space.
- The use of amplified sound is discouraged
- Exhibitors are requested to maintain a neat and orderly appearance at all times.
Breakdown and Move-Out
- Move out will commence at 4:00 pm on Sunday July 19th
- Exhibitors will be required to remain open and operational until that time. No Exceptions
- Move out of all buildings and/or grounds must be completed no later than 6:00pm
General Insurance Liability
Kings and Classics,its agents,representatives, sponsors , employees or volunteers are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur to the exhibit or the exhibitor’s employees or property from any cause or condition.
